Join the FOCUS Community
Open to any human services organization, at any stage of their accreditation journey.
You don't have to figure out accreditation alone. The FOCUS Community is where Canadian human service organizations connect, learn, and build the confidence and capacity to deliver high-quality, accountable services.

Add Accreditation
When your organization is ready to pursue formal accreditation, your Community membership becomes the foundation of your accreditation subscription. You continue to receive everything above, plus full access to FOCUS's accreditation coaching, readiness supports, and your formal review process.
Accreditation with FOCUS is an ongoing commitment to quality. In non-review years, accredited organizations participate in annual Quality Improvement work, keeping your organization engaged, improving, and in good standing within the program. Your annual subscription fee ensures your organization remains on track, engaged, and a recognized, active member of the FOCUS accreditation community.
Annual Subscription
Your foundation membership. Keeps you connected to the FOCUS community, your learning resources, and your accreditation support throughout the year, whether you're actively in review or building toward it. Once accredited, if an organization chooses not to proceed with the next accreditation cycle, the annual fee will remain in effect until the organization’s current accreditation status expires.
Accreditation / Review Fee
Payable only in the year your formal review takes place. This is when FOCUS's hands-on support, coaching, and validation work is most intensive, and your investment reflects that.
Based on your organization's total annual operating budget. All fees are in Canadian dollars and subject to applicable taxes.

One annual fee, one review fee when the time comes. Your finance team and board can plan clearly, well in advance.
It's the same for everyone in your band.
No negotiated rates, no variable add-ons. Published, consistent, and transparent.
It scales fairly.
Fees reflect your organization's size and the typical level of support involved. Larger organizations contribute more; smaller organizations carry a lighter load while still accessing the full program.
