FOCUS Accreditation is seeking a dedicated Accreditation Coordinator to support our accreditation process. This role involves organizing documentation, coordinating site visits, supporting client organizations, and assisting with reporting and quality improvement efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate site visits across Ontario (and occasionally Canada)
- Organize and track documentation to meet timelines
- Communicate with client organizations and support Validators
- Prepare validation materials and assist with survey tracking
- Contribute to tool/resource development and quality improvement initiatives
Position Details:
- Primarily remote (Ontario-based) with some travel required
- 4-day work week (30 hours per week)
- Travel expenses fully covered
- Work-from-home with flexibility and wellness supports
