The FOCUS Innovation Award for community services has been the first of its kind in Ontario. It recognizes the successful introduction of an idea, process or initiative that has been proven to make a genuine difference or positive change to the organization, the community and quality of services provided to people using services.
In the afternoon, there will be a Human Rights Tribunal Discussion, sponsored by Frank Cowan Company and an UnScripted Innovation session by Jennifer Spear, President & Creative Strategist, Clean Slate Strategies.
