FOCUS re-welcomes Amy Watkins! With over 24 years of experience in the social service sector, Amy returns to FOCUS and brings with her a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role as Director of Accreditation. Having previously held leadership positions in youth and community organizations, she returns to FOCUS equipped with strong project management, facilitation, training, and leadership skills. Amy is passionate about driving social change and improving the lives of others. She feels privileged to collaborate with organizations to ensure the delivery of high-quality services to those in need. Amy is excited to be returning to FOCUS and working with a tremendous organization and team.
Alana Cassibo recently joined FOCUS as a part-time Executive Assistant. Prior to this, she supported the Accreditation team as a contractor. Before her time at FOCUS, Alana spent six years at Highline Mushrooms in Wellington, where she advanced from Safety Coordinator to Regional Human Resource Manager. She holds diplomas in Business Administration and Human Resources Management from Loyalist College. Alana is thrilled to apply her experience, education, and expertise to further the mission and vision of FOCUS Accreditation. Welcome, Alana!
