The Community Support Centre of Essex County (CSC) is a not-for-profit organization located in the heart of Belle River. CSC has a 33 year history and provides a full menu of quality programs and services. Our Community Support Service is aimed at raising the overall profile of the community in which we live. CSC is proud to deliver services to people of all ages throughout Essex County.
