FOCUS Accreditation is Hiring: Accreditation Coordinator

Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about making a difference in the human services sector?

FOCUS Accreditation is seeking a dedicated Accreditation Coordinator to support our accreditation process. This role involves organizing documentation, coordinating site visits, supporting client organizations, and assisting with reporting and quality improvement efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate site visits across Ontario (and occasionally Canada)
  • Organize and track documentation to meet timelines
  • Communicate with client organizations and support Validators
  • Prepare validation materials and assist with survey tracking
  • Contribute to tool/resource development and quality improvement initiatives

Position Details:

  • Primarily remote (Ontario-based) with some travel required
  • 4-day work week (30 hours per week)
  • Travel expenses fully covered
  • Work-from-home with flexibility and wellness supports
