FOCUS Accreditation is pleased to announce that Catulpa Community Support Services (Catulpa) has been successful in its bid to be re-accredited by FOCUS Accreditation for four years from May 2023 to May 2027.
In addition, the organization has received a Seal of Sustainability Award. This award recognizes organizations who have been accredited for three or more cycles and for their commitment to ongoing quality improvement.
Accreditation involves an assessment of quality standards, practices, and processes. By adhering to these standards, accredited entities can ensure a higher level of quality in their operations and service delivery.
An accreditation status signifies that an organization has met certain quality standards and undergone a rigorous evaluation process.
Catulpa is commended in delivering high quality services to children, youth, adults and families with special or unique needs in The County of Simcoe, Region of York, the Four Counties and Durham.
