FOCUS believes that community service organizations are in a continuous state of learning, and that high performing organizations harness their learning to create positive change. A robust Quality Improvement and Accreditation Program provides organizations with current standards, tools and forums to assist them in providing services that meet or exceed stakeholder expectations. When an organization earns accreditation, all involved can be assured that the organization is transparent, accountable and committed to ongoing learning and improvement.

Mandate

FOCUS Accreditation provides a robust Quality Improvement and Accreditation Program that assists organizations to deliver services that meet or exceed the expectations of all stakeholders, most importantly, the people using services.

Organizations will be supported to continuously improve the quality of the services they provide, through a Quality Improvement and Accreditation Program that focuses on results for people, organizational excellence and community development.
